1 General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeetbazz platform and all its related services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using the platform. jeetbazz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on the jeetbazz platform and participate in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years old 21+. Accounts belonging to users below this age will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method will be considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, all accounts will be suspended and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. jeetbazz reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided. jeetbazz may request your identity document or other supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The payment methods currently supported on jeetbazz are — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account promptly.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same payment methods can be used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Once a request is successfully processed, funds generally arrive within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Transaction Security

Every financial transaction is secured through SSL encryption technology. If any unusual transaction is detected, jeetbazz may temporarily suspend that transaction for security reasons and may contact you to verify the account.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Only a mobile banking account registered in your own name may be used to deposit or withdraw from your account. Making or receiving payments through a third party is strictly prohibited and any such transaction will be cancelled.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jeetbazz offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, a bonus of ৳1,000 will be added to their account, making the total balance ৳2,000. However, to withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times — meaning a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or using any other unfair means will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.3 Changes to Bonus Terms

jeetbazz reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check the latest terms before claiming a bonus.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

Once a bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet outcomes are determined by the actual result of the relevant sporting event or game. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, jeetbazz reserves the right to void it.

5.2 Match Fixing and Fraud

Match fixing, game manipulation, use of bots, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be permanently closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

5.3 Casino Game Terms

The casino section of jeetbazz offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins. If a technical problem occurs in the gaming software, the bets for the affected round may be considered void.

6 Account Security and Identity Verification

6.1 User Responsibility

The security of your username and password is entirely your own responsibility. Sharing your account details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact jeetbazz support immediately. jeetbazz is not responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.

In the event of a violation of these terms, the account will be permanently closed and all balance and winnings will be forfeited.

8 VIP Program and Cashback

8.1 VIP Levels

The jeetbazz VIP program has three levels — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Advancement to a higher level depends on activity and spending on the platform. Weekly cashback is available at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold.

8.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

8.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

jeetbazz reserves the right to change the terms, benefits or criteria of the VIP program at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or judicial authority, that part will be removed and all remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
